I’m not trying to bash but I went to MAPD in Farmington and I learned years ago how mesa doesn’t value it’s employees. I have never regretted not working there and I am so thankful I went to XJT over Mesa.
Because regardless of what some say about "not needing TPIC" to get on with a major, I just don't believe it. Frontier requires a minimum of 500 TPIC, and several others still require 1000.
The people getting on with the majors or LCC's with no TPIC are the exception, not the norm.
Although the pay at Mesa is lower, being able to be IAH based and a chance to upgrade quickly and still be IAH based are the biggest factors in my decision.
