Not precisely. Frontier minimums are 500 PIC, not 500 TPIC.

The people getting on with the majors or LCC's with no TPIC are the exception, not the norm.
True, but it is still more common than any of us would have believed possible five years ago and the retirement wave at the legacies is still years away from peaking.
