That’s the analogy. Has nothing to do with responsibility or difficulty, it has everything to do with career management and expectations, hence why you are leaving (trying to leave?) a regional.
That's a fair analogy, and I guess there's a pattern in my life. I went to a state school, and was very happy there. I didn't compare myself to Harvard people, and I don't really compare myself to Delta people now.

Happiness comes from within.
