To the OP,
F9 pilot here...The fact that you posted this in the B6 forum and not the F9 forum leads me to believe that your gut says B6 is the best move. And if that’s the case you should dedicate yourself to getting the job (congrats on the interview btw). Either job is an unknown and with almost 20 years left neither airline is likely to look anything like it does today by the time you retire.
With that being said, if it doesn’t work out at B6, it’s my opinion that F9 isn’t a bad place to land. As long as you don’t get a sense of self-worth from having a premium product the job is good. Even as a no-voter on the contract I’m surprised how happy I am overall. You’ll probably be in MCO before completing IOE, upgrade there in 4 years and 4 years later be near 50% seniority for MCO Captains. That’s 10 years as an MCO CA with pretty good QOL ie no PHL/SJU redeyes.
