You mentioned ACY reserve goes senior (I don't quite understand how that could be), so does that mean someone getting ACY out of training would soon get a line?
Lastly, (and I know it's a personal preference thing, but) would one choose ACY lineholder or DTW reserve for best QOL for someone living within an hour or so from DTW parking lot?
I searched previous threads, but the vitals change over time and trying to check the current pulse... thank you in advance
Reserve is a good deal in ACY, that's why. I flew 15 and credited 109 this month. I noticed on the FO side reserve goes junior. You probably won't see a line there for a couple of years.
DTW reserve over commuting to ACY, without a doubt. Even if you are on reserve for 18 days a month, I bet you'll only actually work 10-12 max. You could probably take alternate deadheads home and get home a day early most of the time. ACY is next to impossible to get to unless you live within driving distance or if you live in Florida. Otherwise it'll be double deadheads or renting a car in PHL. The train isn't running right now, and when it does it sucks pretty bad.
I hope this helps.
