Yep, I disagree. And I didn’t say punished for those hawking OT. I’d rather have a system which goes by seniority instead of who is the fastest. OR who knows the charters are coming. (It’s a scam and you know it). People are cheating. If you are senior and you want to work extra or you need to make up vacation .. whatever .. you get priority because you are senior.
Because now you are senior you want guys junior to you to give up a contractual provision you enjoyed when you were junior. Maybe you should just be able to take trips off a junior guy’s schedule that you want as well. You’re senior. You deserve it. That junior guy shouldn’t have anything you want. You’re senior. He should carry your bags to the jet too. You’re too senior to carry your bags. And when your flight is catered just open up both boxes and pick out whatever you want from the meals. That junior guy can have leftovers. He will be senior one day and can take what he wants then. Semper I. Always me.
No thanks. Not everybody will be senior.
