Omni. Small enough company where you’re still a person not just an employee/part number. Large enough to have a lot of variety in trip types and lengths. Tons of DoD flying all over the world. Some ultra secret stuff requiring security clearances, and scheduled passenger service; those are the everyday things. Then there’s the sports teams contracts and IATA flying yearly for a few airlines during their busy months when they need widebodies.
If I had known about this place, I’d have left Eagle long long ago. Probably the best kept secret in the 121 industry. Highest starting pay in 121; currently $117ph, upgrade 2.5 years and falling, top 12 yr CA step on the 767 is $297ph
Go compare with some legacy and LCC’s... both Kalitta and Omni have very similar CBA’s. We also have management teams that want you to succeeed and are helpful rather than always trying to get you to do more for less.

However, I’ll stand by the opinion that for brand new pilots the AAG regionals are more stable, better equipped, and better maintained than many other places. We all remember what the planes were like that came back from TSA.... can’t wait to hear about the abortions Hulas done with the 20 E175’s....
