Then there’s the sports teams contracts and IATA flying yearly for a few airlines during their busy months when they need widebodies.

If I had known about this place, I’d have left Eagle long long ago. Probably the best kept secret in the 121 industry. Highest starting pay in 121; currently $117ph, upgrade 2.5 years and falling, top 12 yr CA step on the 767 is $297ph

Go compare with some legacy and LCC’s... both Kalitta and Omni have very similar CBA’s. We also have management teams that want you to succeeed and are helpful rather than always trying to get you to do more for less.

However, I’ll stand by the opinion that for brand new pilots the AAG regionals are more stable, better equipped, and better maintained than many other places. We all remember what the planes were like that came back from TSA.... can’t wait to hear about the abortions Hulas done with the 20 E175’s....

Great post Cujo665 (the real Cujo). Your experience are helpful and motivating! I’m glad you left this hole for a Greener Valley. Its motivating to read.

I came here thinking AA is where I want to be, but that glorious unicorn has been shot dead! I’m extremely vexed by the company’s recent action, even if ordered from AA. I’m extra motivated to get out ASAP!

AA would not dear do that to an Allied Pilot Association member. Our mgmt pilots did not have the backbone to stick a neck out & recommend retaining, follow & support established safety protocols! They chose to protect their career mobility. It’s disrespectful for in itself for AA to pressure Envoy Mgmt to do that when we all know damn well AA couldn’t & would not fire an AA pilot! If they tried All AA pilots would STICK TOGETHER AND FIGHT BACK INTELLIGENTLY.

Eagle is truly dead. I can’t wait to say See-Ya for upward mobility. FK THE FLOW! Nobody should wait... They can rightfully violate it anytime in the near future. History tells us this! Others should really really get to networking and out of here-upwards as fast as possible. We know the The grass is greener elsewhere all around us because visibility is unrestricted!

I’m ready for some good news....
