Is an OTH a show stopper for majors? Im in the Army and I’m facing one for an inappropriate relationship. It was a consensual relationship, but both of us were married.

I was just about to start an RTP , but obviously a major/legacy is my goal. I just don’t wanna play the regional game for 5-10 years if I don’t have a shot
