My lawyer is an army TDS guy. The last few guys that were in this situation got a GONAR and bad eval. The word is the general wasn’t happy bc they got off easy and wasn’t to make an example.
Nothing more. Im sure they’ll tack on conduct unbecoming, and general misconduct
