I applied once, did not apply the next 3 or 4 windows that opened, and got called for an interview right at six and a half months later. No one asked me why I did not apply over and over in my interview.
I think there is a discrepancy between what sometimes actually happens and what the company and those in the recruiting Dept TELL us.
