When was the last single engine taxi? How are those APU metrics? So much goodwill here it hurts.
I'd wager that maybe 3% of my taxis would benefit from using a single engine. Hardly worth the effort vs. increased maintenance costs. Fuel is wicked cheap compared to a cold section.
