I had a 10-15 min phone call with SF, all my question was to get to know me, what I did on my free time. I told her about a vacation I just got back from. The “Why Spirit?” or “why do want to leave my company?” was during the face to face interview. Say what you want but, my conversation landed me a face to face interview and a class date offer later.
