Hey we are all very happy about the news at PSA, however we truly didn’t expect it and have been shocked in the most sincere way the last 24 hours... last union meeting was only a month ago and it was even said “pay rates are not really being discussed right now”... most of our pilots said the same thing, why are they going to give us anything when we are still filling new hire classes...?

Stay positive in that regard, and contact your union reps for better communication. If I can say one big change for us, our union PSA MEC changed back in November and literally hase Done 100x what the old MEC did in almost every aspect they can over 6 months vs 3 years. Hopefully this helps the next wave of LOAs and contract negotiations for all the other regionals.
