What if we left the current system alone when we the pilots initiate stuff (swap, pick up GS, etc), but....

we make the company pay us 200% for flying over 80 hour when THEY are the cause of it, so when your initial PBS award scheudule is 80+ or when they keep throwing assignments at RES guys and they go over 80 hours, or the ALV, or whatever the agreed upon trigger is?
