What happens if I sick out of a high credit 4 day trip on day 3? I've already worked 3 days, so am I charged sick leave at the rate of 4:30 for every day I'm sick beginning on what would've been day 4 of the trip, or am I charged sick leave for the balance of the trip I was assigned? If numbers make it easy
Day 1: 1 hour block
Day 2: 30 hour layover
Day 3: 1 hour block then sick
Day 4: sick
Day 5: well
Am I going to be charged 19 hours of sick leave or 4:30 for this scenario?
Pretty sure you don’t get 4:30 a day on Reserve. That’s why you get a muncher higher number when you have vacation during a reserve month. Reserve rate is reserve guarantee divided by month (30/31).
