If you successfully pass the interview you will move to Phase 2 (background checks, PRIA's, PHC). You will get a pass Phase 2 complete when you succeed phase 2. Then you are in a class ready "pool" (which is closer to a barren desert,lol)) with all the hiring were are doing. Most hiring I have every seen since I have been here 2011 and 2014 was a huge year!
