I’m in the same boat, awesome 91 job, but the lack of schedule and eating and sleeping the operation of the airplane is getting old. Seems like everytime I ask for a specific set of dates off (which is rare) the owner forgets the week before and wants to do a day trip to NYC for dinner. It’s really starting to wear on me and my family life.
