Has everyone missed the fact that they lost the 10k a year bonus? So they used to get $38 an hour plus $11 an hour based on flying 900 hours a year. So i think for FO's it isnt really a payrise at all.
And gained premium pay for everything over 75 hours..?
Bonuses are a vaporware scam. You don't earn them for years. PAY SCALES are what matters.
