Has everyone missed the fact that they lost the 10k a year bonus? So they used to get $38 an hour plus $11 an hour based on flying 900 hours a year. So i think for FO's it isnt really a payrise at all.
So the morning of April 4th this is what FOs got:
39.28 Year 1
40.70 Year 2
16K New Hire Bonus
2.5K Quarterly year two and three, which went away as soon as you upgraded.
The evening of April 4th they were getting this:
50.22 Year 1
52.22 Year 2
10K 1st year sign on bonus
8K 2nd year sign on bonus
Which was all retroactive to April 1.
Which would you prefer?
