Has everyone missed the fact that they lost the 10k a year bonus? So they used to get $38 an hour plus $11 an hour based on flying 900 hours a year. So i think for FO's it isnt really a payrise at all.
I’d take hourly over bonus any day of the week. At my company, if the new hire bonus had been rolled into the hourly rate, I worked so much premium and got so much soft pay I would’ve made close to an extra 10K this year.
