However the growing pains of your jump seat procedures have caused a lot of heart ache to Brown pilots. It’s a tough pill to swallow when those are routes that should have Brown tails on them and then you miss a trip or a flight home for days off because an O2 mask is MEL’d constantly or they booked you on an AC with only 2 jump seats (loadmaster & MX) instead of three with no notification until you show.
