How many actually even know what QOL is here when they know forums like APC are a *****ing ground for all airlines? What they’ll see is “equal pay, faster upgrade and no reserve.” This will be sold over and over to them. I have no doubt we’ll get extra money like 2016. I also have no doubt we will be able to continue hiring again like then when we had the same QOL issues we do now.

Piedmont also has the lowest amount of applicants to AA (and other airlines it’s presumed) outside of the flow, so don’t expect outside attrition to decrease the flow times by too much.
