Arrogance and ignorance demonstrated at all levels of management. Employees are treated and viewed by management as necessary evil. It’s hard to verbalize the myriad of ways this attitude manifests itself in day-to-day operations.

We recently received a pay raise, but that’s about all that’s changed around here. Most people at most career-type jobs can derive a bit of personal pride, personal self-worth, and even a bit of pride for their employer. None of this occurs as an employee at Frontier. It leaves a hole in my life that I do my best to fill with pride and contentment in family, friends, hobbies, personal development, etc. I’d love to be proud to work for Fromtier, but that’s just not possible.

Anyone coming here needs to understand this concept. Yes, the crews you fly with are mostly good, but they’re probably mostly good at any carrier. Make sure you’re ok, I mean really ok, with being treated poorly by your employer before you apply to Frontier.
Yikes! I guess there’s Negative Nancys at every airline.
