I came here to use it as a stepping stone a little over three years ago but now I’m here to stay. The money is decent and my QOL is much better than when I was doing the regional grind. Just don’t expect to come here and be treated like an asset. Management does not see you as such. If you’re at peace with that, it’s a decent career.
