That’s fine, but calling everybody a scab who does something different or for less money accomplishes nothing. Are the pilots at Atlas (many of them were Polar strikers) scabs for flying 747’s with captain wages that are almost $140/hour less than ours? Of course they’re not, neither are the Norwegian pilots.

People worry too much about airlines like Norwegian. Their product is what we call basic economy and is extremely seasonal since it is geared towards the leisure traveler who is primarily concerned with price. They get by in the summer, but hemorrhage cash the rest of the year. The market is taking care of them for us.
