BLS I seriously wonder the same thing. I’ve had conversations about it with other pilots as well, and believe it really puts us between a rock and a hard place.

I don’t care if an FA has some sniffles and wants to continue, but I’ve seen some (and Pilots as well) who really shouldn’t be at work. I don’t want to catch it, and I’m sure passengers don’t either.

I’ve encouraged some to call out before, and 1 or 2 have. Most fear being fired over it, which is a ridiculous scare tactic.
