Not yet, but PSA ALPA has stated the are making PBS a priority in negotiations. Time will tell how it affects the SAP, but historically the PSA ALPA has not been effective in securing gains without creating what appear to be completely unforeseen negative consequences.
The recent pay increase, for now, seems to be their first improvement secured without giving up a significant concession. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend under the “new” leadership.
Hahaha the pay rates had nothing to do with the Union or MEC. AA wanted to pay us more to stay competitive, so that's exactly what they did.
The only saving Grace on PBS is that for better or worse the LOA says the pilot group has to vote on it. Although if they offer to say double Flow I could see SAP going away.
