No. When's the last time a new entrant was able to get LHR slots? What was the price?
Edit: are you referring to new slots due to the LHR third runway which is currently due to be completed in 2026? There will be a lot of competition for new slots there.
Even LGW slots have been tough to get from my limited reading on it. I figured not announcing an airport left them open to multiple options including STN.
