I think you missed his point, he was saying that if a offer was on the table to the pilot group to get rid of SAP in return receive a higher flow ie double, he thinks the pilot group will give up SAP.
PBS doesn’t replace SAP but if one is senior enough and knows how to bid with PBS, one wouldn’t need SAP at all to be honest... SAP will only come into play and be a benefit for Junior guys (low seniority) or guys who recieved a undesired results (garbage in = garbage out).
I don’t think SAP is going to go away, but I do believe that there will be some strings attached to it unless the company offers the pilot group a deal they can’t refuse...
