I'm looking at it from a far more simple angle. If you're sick, how about you stay at home and away from me, because I don't want to get sick from your sick ass who didn't call out! If I get sick then I'm calling out, missing trips, missing flight time, and missing money. There are reserves for a reason and if the company is short on pilots or FAs, then they should have planned better. If there aren't crews to fly, tough lesson to learn, better do something about it management.

Need to buy more wipes, hand sanitizer, and Emergen-C... starting to run out after these last two trips with sick captains.
