The CFI will be more adept at observing and at CRM.
Knowing when to speak up.
Good part of the job is to monitor and critique in a diplomatic way.
#2 guy has never had to observe and spot the error let alone critique in a non objectionable way.
Every landing you walk away from right?

Ideally:

1- Turboprop 91/135 at 250 hrs (1900 or KingAir ) and loads of approaches in poor weather. Last 300 hrs PIC
2. CFI time, CFII and 300-400 ME instruction given, not just around the cabbage patch.
