Go to the place that you can tolerate to either commute to or to live in. Pay, benefits, QOL and the contract you work under are far more important and pertinent to you than you may know. For the love of god don’t chase the E175, we have too many guys in the regionals who have given up an arm and a leg to fly the plane.
I understand that in all honesty I don’t care to much about the aircraft I fly 145/175/CRJ. Just I’d rather fly anything else than a CRJ 200. But that’s the bottom of my priorities. I certainly wasn’t at Envoy for the 175 when I became a cadet 145 NY was what I wanted.
