“What” regional you go to is of little consequence in a short amount of time.
-NETWORK!!!!
-upgrade asap.
-keep your nose clean
-NETWORK!!!
-I would be going to every job fair I could right now. Trust me.

I was at a crappy regional that is now “the best”.... it didn’t matter. The guys that worked hard and networked moved on first. Having the flow in your back pocket is a good thing.
As far as AA, it has room to improve but...you will make a lot of money and you will be very senior in a short amount of time. That is king in this industry.
