Incorrect. There are 9 FOs that, on the day prior to the bid closing, had >950 company hours. They are all senior to the senior NEB listed, as it should be.
Are they on ML or some other Leave, or maybe inactive for some other reason? I was told from the guy who ran the bid that the went through the entire list.
