22.E.+F. is where the complicated answers lie. MD are supposed to go last in inverse seniority order (unless you put a preference to go first). I believe AE and VD are one bucket and train by seniority. And if you don’t need training, the company can convert you out of seniority to the new category without pay protecting un-trained senior pilots.
