Which one will make your life easier and happier? Will you have to commute for one and not the other because that is huge? The money is great at all the top gigs. Also realize that contract details are more important than pay rate. For example, a few dollars less per hour all of a sudden pays more when your whole day just went premium because of contractual language.

SWA is pretty easy living IMO, and I’m really happy here.
