Dao has been through enough. None of you need to keep dragging him through the mud because he got the best of this company you apparently love. Which like every other airline would throw you under the bus in 2 seconds if you screwed up or it saved them money.

Act like a civilized citizen, instead of a wild animal, and you don't get dragged off an airplane, period. Respect authority and ask questions later, file your lawsuit, etc. Why is that so hard to comprehend for people in today's society? Oh, I know why, because it's all about me me me....
