Obviously, we don’t have to vote it in. What I’m saying is there’s no way to avoid getting an offer from the company. It’s coming. Whether we vote it in or not we need to discuss what we want out of it.

I’ll agree PBS really only improves the schedules for the most senior. My guess is the top 20%. Everyone else will have similar or worse schedules even if “SAP” stays. I’d say the current line bidding with SAP is better for the pilot group as a whole. You make it sound like even if the company offered us $1,000 bucks an hour and flow at 100 pilots a month you don’t even want to discuss PBS. Obviously, those things will never happen, but I’m also sure the company will offer something that’s worthwhile even for junior folks or else their precious PBS won’t be voted in.
