I recommend calling the pilot payroll desk. Hopefully they still exist. That's a company desk for just these sorts of questions. That's who I've talked to in the past.
For what it’s worth, a few months back the Chief Pilot Support center folks (or whatever they’re called now) instructed me to call the 800-MY***** number to inquire about my pay issue. It was option choosing hell that eventually led to being disconnected. Gotta love Delta IT!
Next I called the CPO and one of the wonderful ladies there got me VFR direct to someone who could actually help—and did help!
Keep that option in your hip pocket if you need it.
