Yeah it’s not about the complexity of the drive, it’s about the unexpected need to have a reserve drive somewhere that’s not his domicile and the language has to be fair for everyone. The pilot based in FLL that lives in Miami Beach will absolutely need 3:15. You can’t just assume that more reserves will have trouble getting to JFK than going to LGA, or PBI is easier to get to than LGA...contracts don’t work like that.
