But that is the relationship that a corporate pilot often builds with his owner/boss.
The reality of the corporate market today is this...1) the job is worth sticking around for and the amount of notice to be given is moot because pilots aren’t leaving or 2) pilots are shopping around and won’t bypass a month’s seniority to give more than 2 weeks notice.

Many people that own/fly/manage corporate airplanes love to drag the pilot through the mud when they leave. But they resist looking in the mirror and asking themselves WHY the pilot left.
