I don't want to get into an argument over this, but you specifically excluded most of Milwaukee with this statement:

There are a lot of decent areas both north of 94 and/ or east of 41 (including my house!) and you painted over them with a pretty broad brush.

To the OP- the 2 addresses you mentioned are right in the area that Melit and I can both agree are bad. They might make good real estate investments, but not to rent out to pilots.
