It appears there MAY be some sort of slow down. Envoy has yet to make any selections for the flow-thrus for the month of April. For the current year, all selections in previous months have been made anywhere from the 12th -17th of each month. There also has been no company communication indicating a selection is upcoming. Envoy typically selects ~35 pilots per month but only flows 29. Over time the "pool" of selected but not flowed pilots slowly grows. After tomorrows class that pool will be 69 pilots which is roughly enough to last through the end of June. If they run a selection this week the time from selection to flow will be over 3 months. They may not run a selection this month just to bring that time back down to the ~2 months it usually is.
