Golden days are assigned honoring seniority in a manner so as to avoid them all stacking up on the same day(s). Don't get me wrong, I'll take a pony if we can get one...I just don't see this changing.

I and our customers are very happy with our schedule integrity. We blow the competition out of the water, and reserves are part of the reason why. Numerous reserve improvements can be made without chipping away at this strength of ours. An hour of pay above guarantee for every SC assignment (used or not) is something I can get behind.
