Sheesh. Here I thought I was helping out, and turns out I’m just a selfish prick. Lol....
The differentiation here I imagine is whether you like the holidays off or just bid them off with the intent of working (thus keeping someone junior to you from getting it off who actually wants it). I don't really care which it is if it's within the PWA. It's just that one of them is helping out and the other is a money strategy.
