I only speak for myself, but there’s something to be said for knowing my schedule a month out, or later with VTO. If guys are willing to destabilize their work (and family?) schedule constantly, I say good for them.

It’s perfectly legal. But, it was never the intent of the contract. We never had PNP before this contract, nor the ability to proffer. Now, put them both together and it certainly isn’t the intent.
The main culprits in the MD are the Wolfpack. People complain incessantly about them, yet this gives them more ability to keep hoarding trips.
