Nope, not the first 35, not the 824, not the protected pilots. Nobody after 9-11 was forced to transfer. Pressured to go yes, but nobody was forced that I’m aware of. There was a large group pushing for “must flow” but I’ve never been a fan of mob rule. The key wording as I recall was “opportunity to flow” which was interpreted at the time to mean they did not have to avail themselves of the opportunity. It was a heated debate at the time, but as I recall, it ended up being voluntary only.
