I'm hoping you guys set a new bar, and take no concessions to get it. PSA rates are a notable improvement, but it's 2019, American should be setting pay rates for it's wholly-owned pilots that exceed what Delta agreed to pay it's regional pilots in 2017. The labor market has only gotten tighter since then.
