Why the webinars and why only specific times. What if someone’s not available when the webinars are on? Is there a reason they just don’t publish a set of directions? Here’s how you enter a bid, valid inputs, here’s how the system processes the inputs, etc.
How about a truly transparent, “nuts and bolts” breakdown of how the system works, maybe some screen shots in an old fashioned PDF that I can read any time I want. Or not.
